The Food Life: Vol 21 - Steak N Potatoes
We don't need much. Hot cast iron griddle. A nice size steak. Salt, pepper, olive oil, a good dab of each. Some butter, garlic and fresh rosemary to bathe a seared steak in. Boiled potatoes. Pickle. Nice plump tomato, sliced. Ooodles of horseradish and Hoisin sauce. Like I said, we don't need much to knock it out of the park.
