VVC Force 2009 Video is Murderous
VVC Force regularly kills it with all sorts of shit. Its like TheComeUpBMX but where everyone is actually just having fun and likes each other. This video is awesome. Makes me want to put my 20 on the shelf and spend more time on the big bike.

Real Skillz Bike Riding Edit
This fella here pulls alternative style stunts for all to enjoy. Two thumbs up on the tight edit, pal. This is the type of thing C2D is all about, and you JUST might get a exclusive sticker sponsorship from C2D if you keep up the pop.

Highbridge is green
All the fresh growth in HB has covered up most of the garbage and toxic waste that was dumped in the park over the past 70 years. What you don't see can't harm you, right? I'd say so. Just beware of the poison Ivy lurking in the brush - its waiting for you to overshoot that corner. If you got the skillz to make it to the 5th jump on the big line, hip that shit to the right, unless you wanna land your 270 bar into some fresh Japanese Ivy. That stuff is invasive in more then one way...

Knog N.E.R.D Review Part 1
A few months back we mentioned Knog NERD bikey computer , ogling at its simple form and function. I don't know what it is, but i always get excited about anything that has to do with silicone - and one more or less strikes gold with the N.E.R.D., as the whole thing is textured like a luscious breast.
What can I say, this is my first velocycle computer and it does exactly what I want it to. I get my current speed, max speed, average speed, trip distance/time, total distance time and a nifty lightup function. Switch between all those by pushing on the screen - its one big button! Setup was easier then ordering Bangers and Mash at The Chip Shop in Park Slope, but more about that later.
Naturaly, I threw the NERD on my 20, and got it going as fast as I could - which was about 30mph. Swift.
As this is the first part of the review - i dont want to give away too many juicy details - to find out JUST how awesome this lil compy is, wait for part 2.
Fun lil display. Easy to read, awesome to speed.
My wheels. Notice the Knog set up on the bars and fork - tiny!
Sunny Rooftop fun - bikey is chillin out before a ride.

Empire trailer and the fun of biking
Man, i feel like a blog jacker today, but then again, thats like everyday so doesnt matter.
This flick seems like it has something to it. I dont ride fixed gear bikes, or even road bikes or a 10 speed.
My choice of a machine is a single speed MTB city killer convert, followed by a 24" mtbx cruiser murderer and a 20" Kink the Bastard. Each one of those machines is ill for one thing or another. Booyah.
But this trailer manages to capture the FUN of riding a bicycle (any bicycle) in the New York City. Its waaaay too much fun to just get going fast and catch traffic flow while hopping curbs, garbage bags, pedestrians, potholes, basement covers and alligator pits. Tweaking every little bump and hit to the best of your ability.
There is always time and place for cruising and chilling, but like anyone who ever rode with me knows, I love to go fast fast fast (as long as its in jeans/tshirt and not fully decked out in protective gear down a downhill trail, in which case i go slow slow ;) ).
Ahhhh, i miss riding, its been at least 18 hours since my last ride - and thats WAY too long.

Tonic Fab to sponsor Create2Destroy?
Could we possibly become the first blog to be sponsored by a bike company? Will Tonic become the first bike company to sponsor a blog? Probably not, but hope dies last. Who knows what the future holds. Sure...... sure we make the big bucks over here at C2D, but THAT kind of beauty dont come cheap and we need all the help we can get. Want us to rename the blog to Tonic Central? No problem! Want us to shower the tri-state with Tonic panphlets and propaganda? EZ Doez It. Perphaps you'd like to go ahead with that Create2Destroy X Tonic Fab X New Era fitted and a matching plastic robot? Bandabing Badaboom.

ALL of THAT - for one of these. Or maybe just a Tonic Tshirt (to review of course). Or perhaps 5 bucks off. Fingers crossed.
