Governor's Island, Post Apocalyptic Paradise

Took a nice trip out to Governor's Island last weekend. Its creepily abandoned, except for the group of artists and old time musicians that had their own spots staked out. Lots of desolate spots and empty buildings that are off limits, but easily accessible. They also do free bike rentals sometimes like on some Amsterdam type shit. The south part is going to be demolished soon though, so soak it up while its still available.

My Heart Goes Out

Ugh, it hurts to even look at. Mexican bike race yesterday Bike Tour Matamoros-Playa Bagdad where a drunk and high driver drove into the race. One person died and I hope the 14 others injured recover quickly.
