AIBLPM rate is at a 0.55 this morning. Pretty good, pretty good. What if a car doesn't park in a bike lane, but instead uses it as a high speed passing lane - yep, we count that too.

.55? That's it? My AIBLPM on my way home from work yesterday was 1.82 and that's light. Perhaps we should calculate our weekly average AIBLPMs and get some data collected. You know, some serious scientifical shit.
